High-volume recruitment for entry-level roles in sectors like retail and services is often conducted manually in many developing economies. Organizations rely on paper applications and walk-in interviews. This process is inefficient, inconsistent, and prone to bias. NeuroHire is an AI-driven recruitment booth that automates preliminary screening. Candidates select a job role, upload their CV, and record video responses to structured interview questions. The system extracts CV information, anonymizes personal data, and matches profiles with job descriptions using AI. Video responses are analyzed using speech recognition and behavioral cues such as confidence and clarity. Recruiters receive ranked candidate insights through a dashboard, supporting fair, efficient, and scalable hiring while keeping humans in the decision loop.
